Standard License Agreement

This license grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased mockups for one brand only OR one client only, for personal and limited commercial purposes.

Permitted Uses

The Licensee may:

  1. Use the mockup files to create visuals for one single brand, business, or client project.

  2. Create marketing materials, social media content, presentation visuals, product previews, or branding assets for the chosen brand/client.

  3. Modify or adapt the mockups as needed for design purposes.

  4. Use the mockups for commercial output with a limit of up to 5,000 total uses/units/impressions (modifiable by you if needed).

Not Allowed

The Licensee may not:

  1. Use the mockups for more than one brand or client, even if the Licensee is the project owner.

  2. Resell, give away, share, or distribute the mockups in their original or modified form.

  3. Include the mockups in templates, design resources, or digital products where the mockup itself is the primary value.

  4. Use the mockups in trademark applications, NFTs, or AI datasets.

  5. Exceed the usage limit without upgrading to an Extended License.

  6. Transfer the license to another person, client, or company.

This license grants usage rights, not ownership. All rights remain with Soleil Home Mockups.



Extended License Agreement

This license grants the purchaser (the “Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the mockups for unlimited commercial projects and revenue, under the conditions below.

Permitted Uses

The Licensee may:

  1. Use the mockups for unlimited commercial projects, advertisements, client work, and branding materials.

  2. Create and sell end-products created using the mockups without quantity or revenue limitations.

  3. Modify and adapt the mockups as needed for production or design purposes.

  4. Use the mockups in printed merchandise, packaging, paid campaigns, or mass-market branding.

Not Allowed

Even with an extended license, the Licensee may not:

  1. Resell, share, distribute, or sub-license the original mockup files.

  2. Include the mockups (even modified) in products where the mockup is the main selling value (e.g., mockup packs/templates sold to designers).

  3. Redistribute the files in stock libraries, AI training sets, NFT marketplaces, or digital asset platforms.

  4. Claim ownership or authorship of the original mockups.

What are digital frame mockups ?

Digital frame mockups are high-resolution images that allow you to showcase artwork, prints, posters, photos, and designs in a realistic setting. Simply insert your design into the mockup to preview how it will look framed in a real space. It's a digital file.
How do I use a mockup ?

It's simple: Open the PSD in Photoshop or Photopea and double-click on the corresponding frame layer ("Your design here"), drag your poster onto it. Then type Ctrl+S or save and your art will appear !

For the ZIP files, right click and unzip.
What software do I need?

You can use:

  • Adobe Photoshop (recommended),
  • Photopea (free)

  • Canva (but only with JPG, you will not have the smart layers and shadows will not appear)

Are these physical products?

No. All products on this website are digital downloads only.

No physical frames, prints, or artwork will be shipped.
How do I download my files?

After completing your purchase, you’ll instantly receive a download link for your mockup files.

You will also receive a confirmation email with access if needed.
What file formats are included?

Most frame mockups come as:

  • JPEG (not customizable)
  • PSD files with smart objects

File formats are listed on each product page.
Can I use the mockups for commercial projects?

Yes, but usage depends on the license you select at checkout:

  • Standard License: one brand / one client usage
  • Extended License: unlimited commercial usage

Full license terms are provided before purchase.
What if I entered the wrong email or download information?

You are responsible for entering accurate order information at checkout.
