This Site sells digital mockups and design resources (the “Products”) which are delivered electronically and not physically shipped.
By purchasing from the Site, you acknowledge that all Products are digital-only and non-tangible.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All Products available on this Site are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of SoleilHomeMockups.
Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use it under the terms specified in the corresponding license agreement (Standard or Extended), but does not transfer ownership of the source files. Please check the licenses terms.
You may not:

Claim the Products as your own creation

Upload the Products to another marketplace, platform, or AI dataset
Violation of licensing terms may result in legal action.
3. Licensing
When purchasing a Product, you receive a usage license tied to that Product.
The license type (Standard or Extended) determines how the files may be used commercially.

Standard License: One brand / one client use, limited commercial rights

Extended License: Unlimited commercial usage (but no redistribution of source files)
Using Products beyond the permitted scope requires purchasing an Extended License.
License details are provided prior to each purchase.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions at checkout, you also acknowledge and agree to the applicable License Terms associated with each product.
4. Digital Delivery
After purchase, Products are delivered electronically through a download link or email.
You are responsible for ensuring that you provide a valid email address and have the ability to download files.
If you experience download issues, you may contact us for assistance.
5. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We value all customer feedback and strive to maintain a high level of satisfaction. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. As our products are digital files, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are possible, except in cases of proven technical issues directly related to the file.
Because all items sold on this Site are instant digital downloads, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or product exchanges are not offered unless a file is proven to be corrupt or technically unusable.
In case of a technical problem, you may request assistance, replacement files, or re-download support, but not a monetary refund.
Issues related to personal taste, style preferences, or artistic judgment are not considered technical problems and do not qualify for support, replacement files, or refunds.
Support will only be provided for verifiable technical issues, such as corrupted files.
